Cyco Software offers its customers a complete portfolio of training programs, ranging from customized end-user training to in-depth training for developers.

Our customer training programs enable customers to maximize the return on investment of their Cyco AutoManager installation. We offer several training programs to provide all levels of customer personnel with the necessary skills to get the most out of their implemented solution:

Training for users so that they can use their (new) Cyco AutoManager solution to its full potential

Training for administrators so that they can keep their Cyco AutoManager implementation running smoothly and reliably

Training for relevant staff in all aspects of configuration and customization so that they can tailor their Cyco AutoManager installation to their specific needs

Our customer training programs are classroom sessions conducted on a regular basis at our headquarters in Rijswijk, the Netherlands and at our office in Atlanta, GA, USA. Besides the regular scheduled sessions, we can organize training workshops specially for the employees of your organization either in Rijswijk, Atlanta or at your office.

Cyco AutoManager customer training programs available:

Cyco AutoManager User Training

This training workshop is always specially customized to the customer’s specific use of Cyco AutoManager and is not available as a regular scheduled session. It provides users with all the knowledge and skills required to operate their Cyco AutoManager-based document management solution in the most efficient way. Please contact us for more information.

Cyco AutoManager Maintenance Training

This two-day training workshop provides attendees with the in-depth technical knowledge and skills required to maintain successful installations of Cyco AutoManager. They will learn all there is to know about the installation, setup and administration of Cyco AutoManager TeamWork and Meridian.

Cyco AutoManager Administrator Training

This four-day training program provides attendees with the in-depth technical knowledge and skills required to maintain and configure successful installations of Cyco AutoManager. They will learn all there is to know about the implementation, installation, setup, configuration and administration of Cyco AutoManager Meridian and/or TeamWork.

Note: The last day focuses on Cyco AutoManager Meridian. Users of Cyco AutoManager TeamWork are welcome to join this day but attendance is not mandatory

Cyco AutoManager Meridian Developer Training

This three-day training session provides insight into the ins and outs of the Cyco AutoManager Meridian application programming interface (API) and how to use Visual Basic to unleash the full power of Cyco AutoManager Meridian extensions.
